These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply solely to Marketni’s Subscription Service (“Service”) offered via https://www.marketni.co / https://www.onesubscription.co.uk which govern your access to use Marketni's flexible, on-demand marketing support.

By subscribing to our One Subscription Service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview of the Service

Marketni’s Subscription Service grants you access a professional marketing service, Including but not limited to: strategy, design, content, advertising and analytics. The Service is available through:

• Monthly Rolling Plans (Month-to-month)

• Discounted Long-Term Plans (Minimum 3 months)

This is a subscription-based model with no contracts for rolling plans and flexible terms for longer commitments.

2. Billing & Payment

• All plans are billed in advance based on your selected package.

• Long-term plans receive a pre-applied discount in exchange for commitment.

• Payments are collected through our secure payment gateway and may be subject to local taxes or processing fees.

3. Pause, Cancel or Restart Policy

Monthly Rolling Plans:
You may pause, cancel or restart your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Full conditions as outlined below (5).

Long-Term Plans (3 months+):
You may cancel early but must adhere to the 30 days notice period and cash back conditions as outlined below (6).

4. Cash-Back Terms

Marketni offers a flexible Cash-Back Guarantee under specific conditions.

4.1 Cash Back – Month-to-Month Plans

You may request a cash-back refund for unused days if:

• At least 80% of the total hours within the month have been used.

• Refunds are based on daily service rates.
  This ensures you only pay for days we’ve actively supported your business.

4.2 Cash Back – Long-Term Plans (Min 3 Months)

You may request a refund for unused hours if:

• At least 80% of the total agreed subscription period has been used / completed.

• Any pre-applied plan discounts will be forfeited and deducted from the refundable balance.

4.3 Trial Period Refunds

If a Client is active on a 7 day trial period:

• There are no penalties, fee's or deductions within the allocated time slots / hours.

• The total trial hours must not exceed 12 hours for any given period.

• Work produced during this trial period by Marketni will not be released until a paid plan is activated.
  

5. Cancellation Policy – Month-to-month (0-1 months)

• 5 Days’ Notice: No cancellation fees apply.

• Less than 5 Days’ Notice: A 25% cancellation fee is applied to the remaining balance of the plan up to the maximum cash-back payout terms of no more than (20% of total) unless written otherwise.

6. Cancellation Policy – Long-Term Plans (3-12 months)

• 30 Days’ Notice: No cancellation fees apply.

• Less than 30 Days’ Notice: A 25% cancellation fee is applied to the remaining balance of the plan up to the maximum cash-back payout terms of no more than (20% total) unless written otherwise.

7. Fair Use Policy

Marketni’s Subscription Service operates under a fair use policy. We reserve the right to:

• Limit excessive daily usage if it affects overall service quality.

• Refuse service where behavior is deemed abusive, dishonest, or harmful to our team or systems.

8. No Refunds – Exceptions (1)

Aside from the cash-back conditions above, we do not offer refunds for services rendered or due to unused time without qualifying under the 80% usage policy unless:

• Client is on an active (7) day trial period. excluded.

9. Service Delivery & Communication

All work is delivered remotely via Marketni. Service communication is managed via:

• Client dashboard or shared workspace

• WhatsApp, Email, or agreed channels during onboarding

10. Amendments

Marketni reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the changes.
